ADHD

ADHD therapy that honors the ways you are already doing things well — and helps you work with your brain instead of against it.

Understand how your brain works and build a life that fits it instead of fights it.

What ADHD might feel like

If your mind moves faster than the world around you, if you cycle between hyperfocus and total depletion, or if you have spent years quietly compensating for things that seem effortless for everyone else, you are not lazy and you are not failing. ADHD is a different operating system, and most of the exhaustion comes from trying to run it on someone else's instructions. In our work together, we will stop treating your brain as a problem to be fixed and start understanding how it actually works. From there, we can build a life that fits you, rather than one you have to constantly white-knuckle your way through.

What sessions look like

Therapy with me is structured enough to give you traction and flexible enough to meet you wherever you actually are that week. We blend practical executive-function support with deeper work on the shame, burnout, and identity questions that often come with a late or lifelong ADHD experience. Together we will: Map how your specific brain handles attention, energy, time, and motivation so you can stop fighting patterns you didn't choose. Build realistic systems for focus, follow-through, and rest that work with your wiring instead of against it. Address the rejection sensitivity, perfectionism, and inner critic that often grow up alongside undiagnosed or unsupported ADHD. Untangle your sense of self from years of masking, over-functioning, or being told you were "too much" or "not enough."

What you can expect

You won't be handed a generic productivity plan or asked to just try harder. Most clients describe feeling more self-trusting, less ashamed of how their brain works, and more able to design a life that actually holds them. Over time, ADHD stops being something to hide and starts being something you understand and work with.
