One steady hour a week that belongs entirely to you — no performance, no tidy summary required.
Practical, evidence-based support for an overactive mind.
If you are constantly bracing for the next thing, replaying conversations long after they end, or moving through your day with a tight chest and a noisy mind, you are not alone, and you are not broken. Anxiety is often the body's best attempt to keep you safe in a world that has asked too much of you for too long.
In our work together, we will slow down enough to listen to what your anxiety is trying to tell you. We do this not to endlessly talk about what is wrong, but to question and challenge our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us that are leaving us feeling overwhelmed. By doing so, we can begin to make intentional, rather than reactive decisions. It means learning, gently, how to be with yourself in a way that promotes increased understanding, rather than constant attempts to avoid the internal chaos.
Each session is a collaborative, supportive space where you set the pace. We blend evidence-based approaches, cognitive and somatic tools, mindfulness, parts work, and more, with a relational style that prioritizes warmth and curiosity over technique. Together we will map the patterns and triggers driving your stress response, build practical, in-the-moment skills to settle your nervous system when life feels like too much, explore ideas surrounding perfectionism, people-pleasing, and over-functioning that often sit underneath chronic anxiety, and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that feel steady, grounded, and clear.
Therapy with me is collaborative, paced, and rooted in real life. You won't be handed a one-size-fits-all protocol. Some weeks we'll dig into deeper patterns, others we'll focus on what you need to get through the next seven days (and sometimes even just the next hour at a time). Over time, most clients describe feeling less reactive, less exhausted, and more able to trust their own judgment again. You don't have to keep white-knuckling your way through. If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
