Life Transitions

Find steadiness in the in-between, and move through change with more clarity and trust.

Find steadiness through familial, relationship, career, and identity shifts.

What transitions can bring

Whether the change you’re navigating was chosen or uninvited, transitions have a way of unsettling the ground beneath you. A new family chapter, a shift in a relationship, a career pivot, a move, becoming a parent, leaving a role you outgrew: all this brings grief and possibility in the same breath. In our work together, we will make space for both. You don't need to have it figured out before you arrive. We will sit with the in-between honestly, and hold the weight of uncertainty together while you slowly find your footing again.

What sessions look like

Therapy with me is paced to you, relational, and curious. We will both hold the practical and the deeper identity questions side by side, because both matter. Together we will: Name what is actually shifting relationally, professionally, internally, and beyond, and grieve what's being left behind. Distinguish your own values and desires from inherited expectations, external pressure, and old roles. Build steadiness in your body and your routines so change doesn't feel like a free-fall. Reconnect with a clearer sense of who you are becoming, and what you want to carry forward.

What you can expect

You won't be rushed toward a tidy answer. Most clients describe feeling more grounded, more honest with themselves, and more able to make decisions from a steady place rather than from fear. Over time, the transition stops being something that happens to you and starts being something you are actively shaping. You don't have to navigate this alone. If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
